Customers will always come first for Little Sunshine. We'll do everything in our power to make sure your shopping experience with us was a pleasant one.

 

Shipping

We provide free worldwide shipping for all of our orders regardless of value.

Due to current high demand, orders will typically be delivered in 5-15 business days after being dispatched, to:

  • Australia 
  • Canada 
  • New Zealand 
  • United Kingdom 
  • United States 

Orders to the rest of the world take anywhere from 7-20 business days to arrive.

*Please allow 1-3 days for us to process and dispatch your order*

There will be no additional import taxes or customs fees on delivery.

Gifts are free & welcome, simply enter the recipient's delivery details during checkout, and we'll take care of the rest. No prices will be left on the parcel.

Shipping to rural areas is not a problem and there will be no additional charges.

All of our parcels are tracked, insured and will be delivered by your local nationwide courier company. We will send you an email containing a tracking number once the product has been dispatched from our manufacturer.

Our delivery timeframes are only an estimate - 95% of our orders arrive within these timeframes, but occasionally international freight or customs delays happen. With this in mind, we CANNOT guarantee delivery within these timeframes.

 

Returns

At Little Sunshine we value our customers and give them full peace of mind with a 30 day return period if their product isn't as described. 

Our policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, then we will NOT be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Please note, customers have to pay return shipping if the product doesn't have a clear fault or manufacturing defect proven with photos or videos.

We suggest using Paypal to pay, as they will refund you shipping costs if you need to return an item.

 

Returns Procedure
  • Step 1: Email Little Sunshine (care@shoplittlesunshine.com) and send us photos as well as a quick explanation of what is faulty about the product or why it doesn't meet your expectations.
  • Step 2: We will confirm the receival of your returns request, and forward your photos and comments to the appropriate manufacturer.
  • Step 3: Our manufacturer will send us their comments regarding the fault, we then work with you to find the best solution to keep you happy. Each case is different, however one of the following options will be granted for you:
  1. Refund or store credit (full refunds for major faults, partial for minor)
  2. We send you a new product immediately
  3. We send you a free gift from our store of equivalent value
  4. In most cases you won't need to return the product and get to keep it as a spare or gift!
